Glock Tactical Skin - I have been wanting to have it for a year, and I finally got it recently.

The Recoil Spring Buffer is awesome and I've always wanted to try it myself. It is placed at the front of the slide and is supposed to reduce wear between the slide and the frame by cushioning the force and absorbing the fall. It also seems to reduce the recoil of the gun.

Unfortunately there are no installation instructions in the package, but through experimentation I've found that the best way to do this is to "hook" the front of the skin onto the muzzle first, then go back to the fit. Sneaking In Said At first, you'll find some resistance when you get to the area around the Extractor's prominent ejection port, but after a few cycles of ejection and extraction, it will become more of a fit. Conversely, pull out the back "skin" first, then pull forward.
The initial problem I had with loading the gun was that I found it difficult to push the slide back in, and the slide also had issues entering the fight. The main reason is that there is friction between the front section of the skin and the recoil guide rod I use. remember i used
With a full length recoil spring rod, I probably wouldn't have this problem if I had been using a thin stock or factory polymer recoil guide.
Fortunately, that's an easy fix with a regular chipper. Since the material is made of soft plastic, I just used the spatula to gradually remove it for a while from the area of skin where the stick rubbed. I just trial and error, remove a bit, install and slide back. If there is still friction, just remove it a bit and try again. After a while, the problem disappeared.

Installation of the Recoil Spring Buffer is as simple as installing it inside the front of the sleeve, between the sleeve and the Recoil Spring Guide. Hitting the Recoil Guide Rod System will make it a bit stiffer, but not too stiff, and will be easy to handle.
The main reason I want to use this on my Glock is because it conveniently allows me to hold the slide in the front and hold the slide in the back, which is my main method of firing the trigger backwards when dry shooting . The material is plastic, non-slip, with serrations and properties that give the slide a firmer grip, making it easier to inspect the chamber, which is how I prefer to hold the slide from the front to open it.
The next reason is the looks and this was a great way to improve the look of my Glock without spending a lot of money or doing permanent modifications to the slide to make it more "exotic". Of course, these films are available in a variety of colors, from military colors like grass green and tan, to bright yellows and even pinks, but I settled on something like black to reflect the original color of the gun.
The third is heat protection. As they fire more rounds, the front of the gun will get hotter, depending on how many and how fast you fire the gun. TacticSkin protects your hands from the heat, and it's made of heat-resistant material so you don't have to worry about it slipping off.

One problem I found with this type of case was that, despite being thin, it added bulk to the slide so that it wouldn't fit in a Kydex holster. An ideal holster might be made of a flexible material like nylon so it can hold the pistol with or without the tacticSkin. Or maybe one of those "open" holsters for competition that hold the pistol's trigger guard and trigger guard. So I will definitely be carrying a new leather case to go with it now.
I will be able to fit the tacticSkin on the Glock pistol like I used to with the Kydex holster.
TacticSkin has been everything I've come to expect so far, improving the look of my gun while still providing a lot of functionality. I'm going to be doing a "part two" of this blog, finding the right holster for it and how it performs in real shooting conditions. However, since PNoy and his henchmen, Chief Purisima-Santisima, have enacted tough new gun laws, I don't know when I will be able to send this proposal. Hopefully soon, I will finally be able to finish this blog series...
